Guest Relation Manager - Mariánské Lázně


  • Is responsible for guests being warmly and professionally welcomed
  • Provides flexible assistance to the Front Office when it comes to performing tasks
  • Coordinates internally the preparation of arrival of all VIP guests
  • Is responsible for recruiting, promoting and monitoring new inscriptions for guest loyalty program
  • Reviews and follows up on guest comments and preferences, assuring register in hotel reservation system
  • Implements actions designed to increase sales
  • Takes the required organizational actions in order to ensure that guest requests are professionally honored


  • At least 2–3 years of work experience in the front office and/or guest relations fields
  • Completed vocational training in the hospitality
  • Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are desirable
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Has a passion for being an excellent host and enjoys helping out and providing advice
  • Enjoys interacting with guests and exudes confidence when doing so
  • Is familiar with all available leisure and hotel offerings that can help optimize up selling
