Restaurant Manager - Hotel

  • Ideal candidate will be an experienced service-oriented leader who is passionate about food and wine
  • Must be an outgoing person able to connect with patrons with a personal philosophy for passionate interaction and engagement
  • We are looking for a young leader who wants to thrive and be developed in this role to further career growth within the hotel team
  • The candidate will be a strong communicator, able to coach colleagues and delivering on the job training and the development of operating procedures
  • The candidate will ideally be an organized person who is able to lead by example in a hands on and direct approach
  • English (spoken and written) is required
  • Salary CZK45,000 to CZK60,000 Monthly (according to experience)
  • Performance Bonus Scheme
  • Employer: 5* hotel in Prague city centre
