  • Contact with clients                      
  • Invoicing commercial clients                
  • Reaching new clients                        
  • Matchmaking - suppliers and clients                           
  • Controlling            
  • Contracts - preparation, correction, signatures (in cooperation with company lawyer)                          
  • Samples - organizing the transfer                     
  • Pricing of services                          
  • Arranging clients visits                           

As Assistant to Managing Director:

  • Contact person               
  • Phone number on the web site                 
  • Arranging meetings in Czech Republic and other visits                                          
  • Preparation of presentation                     
  • Marketing support      
  • Logistics support:
    • Request from partners and clients
    • Transport requests
